GM - Taxation & Payable Management
Responsibilities
- Undertake strategic tax planning and develop the implementation system/rules to ensure the alignment to company strategic planning & compliance
- Identify & remedy errors of taxation & payable function in the early stage to minimize leakage
- Continuously develop organization capability to adapt controls & leakage prevention with the growing of business and challenges
- Develop maturity of taxation & payable function to effectively embed controls in the operational layer and spread awareness of assurance across business functions
- Build detection & defense mechanism and lead cross-function coordination as the effort of fraud management
- Plan, organize, and control subordinates’ work through staff’s job-description definition, progress, timeliness & performance review, and resolve outstanding issues to achieve optimum level of department target
- Assist top management in making economic decisions by providing accurate, relevant, on time, and meaningful financial information
Manager User Experience (UX) Management
Responsibilities
- Experienced, collaborative, talented and passionate UX Designer for Digital Touchpoints and Internet of Things (IOT) who will lead the UXD team that will help shape the product from beginning to end
- Determine and realize the team’s UX vision for Digital Touchpoints
- People management: Mentor junior designers, engagement managers and other team members on the design deliverables
- Manage interaction design, experience and journey design as well as visual design as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Collaborate on user experience planning with product managers and business owners
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree (S1) or preferably Master Degree, majoring Marketing, IT, Communication Design
- Min. 2 years of UXD experience for software, mobile and Web applications that leverage on emerging technologies, consumer electronics and mobile devices
- Min. 2 years of experience as team manager
Technical Competencies Required:
- Contemporary user-centered design methodologies
- Well-versed in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Axure or Balsamiq or any other wireframing software, Omnigraffle or similar
- UI and UX
- Project management
- Soft Competencies Required:
- Strong conceptualization and visual communication abilities
- Exceptional design skills – ability to create wireframes, visual design components and UXD patterns
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Attentive to detail
- Good people management
